I began working on the Hub on Causeway as part of the podium core/shell team in spring of 2015 at the beginning of the Construction Documentation Phase. Over the next year, we wrapped up documentation, where I focused mainly on exterior detailing, the large glass entryway to the new garden(the hub), and managing the entire Revit Model for the development.

As construction started, I was then a key part of the Construction Administration team , focusing on the steel submittals and documentation management as the contractor dug the large whole. Over the next two and a half years, we supported the contractor while working towards completing this large project, spending time on site with the coordination team, reviewing steel and exterior submittals, while issuing bulletins for tenant improvements to the core/shell scope of work.
