The owner of this house is looking to transform their first floor from an 19th century house to a modern day open living space, in a series of different phases. We have partnered to pursue many options, from replacing the whole house, to moving it to a new location, to settle on renovating what is currently there in a series of phases.

The first phase is to open up the living rooms and refinish the rooms, completed in 2019. The second phase is to add a new deck outside the kitchen, completed in 2020. The third phase, currently under city review, is to reformat the kitchen with modern cabinetry, open it to the living space and relocate the existing stairs to the basement, with new appliances and finishes throughout the kitchen, including a new set of french doors onto the brand new deck.
