When I began working at CBT I worked on the construction documents of the North point 50/50 Building. Currently under construction, it is proposed as a 21-story apartment building including a large amenities area including a fitness room, game room, and library. The particular part of the process that I had worked on was the details of the soffit condition. Completely different from a school environment, I had to coordinate with the mechanical and structural engineers and accurately detail the area.
